Copy + Paste the following questions into a document to work digitally and perform your own reflection:

What went well, what didn't go well, what do you know you need to work on?

Look at the events in the division above the one you were competing in, what movements and or weights would have held you back?

Out of the above, if you were to improve one area which would help you move forward the quickest?

Do you need to make any changes to your nutrition, if yes what do you think?

Is there a mindset shift that needs to occur in order for you to to get to the next level?
